Public Relations Work

As a team, we worked on a public relations campaign demonstrating how Prevent Child Abuse New York can gain new donors. A communications plan was developed that requires secondary and primary research to achieve this goal. Next, we created strategies and tactics for the campaign, designed creative content for social media, developed a timeline for the campaign, addressed legal and ethical considerations, and examined appropriate methods of evaluation that evaluate the campaign.

Pitch Letter

Created a pitch letter for client to send reporters for Child Abuse Prevention Month (April).

Media List

I found relevant reporters for the client and composed a media list using Excel.

Able to create Instagram posts along with captions and hashtags for the client to post during Child Abuse Prevention Month. I was able to create these posts using Canva with the color scheme of the nonprofit.
